About the Role: As a Clinical Care Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents, while ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about aged care but also has leadership skills and is looking to contribute to a positive and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.

• Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Proven management experience within the Aged Care sector.

• Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Qualification (Highly Preferred).

• Strong understanding of AN-ACC and Quality Standards.
